Miner Boss

Free idle mining game · in your browser · on Solana

Dig. Sell. Swap.

Run a pixel-art mine: open floors, forge picks, haul ore up the shaft and sell it for COIN — then swap COIN for $MINE. Your crew keeps digging while you're away. Nothing to install.

  • Free to play
  • Runs in the browser
  • Wallet optional
  • Signs a message, never a transaction
Official $MINE contract address · Solana Not minted yet

$MINE is not minted and has no contract address today. When it launches, the address appears here first, announced 48 hours ahead — and never in a DM. Any other address is fake.

How to play

One loop. You'll know it in two minutes.

  1. Dig
  2. Ore
  3. Sell
  4. COIN
  5. Swap
  6. $MINE
  7. Withdraw
  1. Open your first floor

Your mine entrance is buried. Tap the sign, Floor 1 opens and your miners take their places. Every floor after it is richer than the last.

  2. Forge a pickaxe

The Forge makes your first Wooden Pickaxe. Ten tiers wait behind it, up to Void — all forged with COIN, none sold for money.

  3. Collect the boxes

Miners fill a box on every floor. Tap it and the elevator hauls the ore up the shaft to your warehouse. A full box stops digging — bigger boxes bank more while you're away.

  4. Sell ore for COIN

The market stall buys what you dug, or list it for other players. Selling ore is the only place COIN comes from — no quest, crate or bonus prints it.

  5. Upgrade, go deeper

Spend COIN on floors, miner levels, box and elevator upgrades. Every upgrade adds to your Mine Power, and power multiplies how fast every floor digs.

  6. Swap COIN for $MINE — 100 : 1, both ways

When you like, trade COIN for $MINE on the in-game reserve at a fixed rate: 100 COIN = 1 $MINE, and 1 $MINE = 100 COIN back, no fee. What you earn by swapping is yours to withdraw once withdrawals open — deposited $MINE never is.

It's idle, honestly. Close the tab and the crew keeps digging until the boxes are full. Nobody earns anything for doing nothing, though: the player who opens floors, upgrades them and empties boxes digs more.

What comes out of the ground

Ten ores. One hundred and twenty floors.

What you build

Your mine, piece by piece

Things that exist in the game today — not a roadmap.

Held back for the next wave, and marked Coming soon inside the game rather than hidden: the crew roster, the season pass, cosmetics and expeditions.

Miners are characters

They walk, dig, carry, and doze off when the box is full. Six rarities from Common to Unreal, eight traits — a Surface Hand digs faster on floors 1–15, a Lone Wolf works best alone — plus seniority and merging.

Eleven pickaxe tiers

Wooden to Void. Power, luck, depth limit and durability — forged and repaired at the Forge with COIN. Pickaxes wear out and break; a permanent pickaxe is never sold for real money.

Forge, elevator, warehouse, market

The elevator carries a capacity per trip and speeds up with each of its 25 levels; the warehouse caps what you can hold; the market turns ore into COIN. Depth is your progress — and it can't be bought.

Bonuses stack on power

One rule: dig = floor speed × power × (1 + bonuses). Deposit rank, invite rank and Prestige add up, then multiply your whole mine. One page in the game shows every multiplier and how to grow it.

Invite a friend, both get ore

A friend who joins with your code starts with a bundle of ore; you earn bundles as they hit milestones, and a share of what they sell — paid in ore, forever. Rewards are ore, never tokens.

Eight ranks

Bronze to Core, ranked by permanent Mine Power. A rank is a rank — it pays nothing. Quests and events run alongside it, daily and weekly.

The Arcade

Seventeen games, one mine

Classics in mining clothes. A win gives your crew temporary Mine Power for the day, rations and drops — with a daily cap and a growing cooldown, so a bot gains nothing.

The rule the whole economy is built on

What we refuse to sell

Money buys time, comfort, identity and chance. Never power.

  • No permanent power for money. Not a production multiplier, not a miner, not dig speed. Power is forged and upgraded with COIN you dug.
  • No drop rates or luck for sale. The odds you see are the odds there are, and they're published in the game.
  • Closed-loop chance. Nothing from a crate bought with money can be sold, swapped or withdrawn. Paid luck and the money-out path never meet.
  • No swap quotas, no interest on balances, no full automation. COIN comes from ore you sold (or $MINE you turned back); the one place $MINE comes from is the swap, at 100 COIN each.
  • No silent changes. Economy parameters move at most ±10% a week and are announced 48 hours ahead.
All ten, word for word
  1. Selling permanent production multipliers, permanent miners or permanent dig speed.
  2. Selling drop rates, luck or vein odds.
  3. Selling exemptions from diminishing returns or faucet caps.
  4. Selling swap quotas.
  5. Open-loop chance — crate output that can be sold, swapped or withdrawn.
  6. Interest on balances or a crate-float model.
  7. Selling full automation.
  8. Selling cosmetics over placeholder art.
  9. Fake odds, fake scarcity — an offer that expires really expires.
  10. Silent parameter changes — at most ±10% a week, announced 48 hours ahead.

The token, honestly

$MINE — how it's designed, and where it stands

One source: the swap

$MINE is never minted per tap, per quest or per win. 100% of the daily emission flows into one swap reserve, and players trade against it at a fixed rate: 100 COIN = 1 $MINE, both ways, with no fee. When a day's demand empties the reserve, the desk waits for tomorrow's emission — the price never moves.

Earned leaves, deposited stays

Only $MINE earned by swapping can be withdrawn. $MINE deposited into the game treasury raises your dig bonus — Prospector to Legend — and is spent in-game; it cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawals need a human approval and a solvency check. There is no automated payout button, on purpose.

Planned design

Solana SPL token, 6 decimals, fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 with mint authority to be burned. Planned split: 40% game reward pool over eight years with a halving every two, 20% treasury, 15% team (12-month cliff, 36-month vesting), 10% locked DEX liquidity, 10% early backers, 5% marketing.

Miner Boss is a game, not a financial product. Nothing here is investment advice. Balance may change and test resets can happen before launch.

Under the hood

Server-authoritative, by design

The server owns the economy

Every balance change is computed on the server, never in your browser. The client draws the mine; it decides nothing about money.

A signature, not a transaction

Signing in with Phantom, Solflare or Backpack signs a plain message the server writes. No gas, and nothing can move. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key.

Tested and derived

Hundreds of automated server tests, a deterministic economy derivation and regression counters that run on every change. Sales, swaps and withdrawals keep a ledger.

Play first, sign in later

The demo needs nothing and starts you deep: an account already played in, with every screen open. When there is something worth keeping, sign in with an email or a wallet and your own mine lives on the server — it survives a cleared cache and a new phone.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is it free?

Yes. The full game is free to play. What the store sells is time, comfort, identity and closed-loop chance — none of it is a condition of progress, and none of it is permanent power.

Do I need a wallet?

Not to start. Play demo hands you a mine that has been played for weeks — forty-six floors, a full warehouse and a sandbox wallet — and every screen a signed-in player has is open. It is kept in this browser, and none of its $MINE is real. To keep your mine on the server, sign in with an email address or a Solana wallet; a wallet is only required to withdraw $MINE, because a withdrawal needs an address to pay to.

What exactly do I sign?

A text message, shown in plain words by your wallet. It proves you own the address and nothing else: it can't move funds, it costs no gas. This page never asks for a seed phrase, a private key or a transaction signature.

Is this crypto mining?

No. Your miners dig pixel ore in a game; no hardware mines anything. The only link to a blockchain is your identity (a Solana address, if you use one) and, later, $MINE payouts verified on-chain.

Can I lose money?

Today nothing can move: purchases, deposits and withdrawals are switched off on the server. When they open, the rule will be simple — money you spend is spending, not an investment, and it doesn't come back; nothing from a paid crate can be sold or withdrawn. The only thing that can ever leave is $MINE earned by swapping the COIN you dug.

Which wallets work?

Phantom, Solflare and Backpack in a desktop browser or in the wallet's own in-app browser on a phone. Email sign-in works everywhere.

Will my progress be reset?

This is an early-access build. Balance and the economy can change, and there may be resets during testing. We say it now so it is never a surprise later; changes are announced 48 hours ahead.

The shaft is open.

Your first floor takes two minutes. No install, no sign-up — and your miners never stop when you do.
